We have a strong team of Mall Management Professionals and dedicated Staff. We believe that Mall management is a critical factor for the success of any Mall. We ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet organizational needs and management of facilities provided to the tenants within the mall. This will include provision of adequate power supply, safety issues in case of emergency and miscellaneous issues related to sign age, water supply, sanitation, etc. These form an integral part of Mall Management as they are the basic amenities that any tenant would look for in a mall.

    1. Managing Tenant Relations
    2. Preparing Annual Operating Budget
    3. Rent Roll Management
    4. CAM Budget Management
    5. Monitoring tenant turnovers on a monthly basis.
    6. Rental Revenue Maximization, by thermal mapping of retailer revenue and rent by zones, identifying weak spots and/or tenants, energizing lazy/cold areas/zones and hand-holding weak tenants
    7. Creating alternate sources of revenue for the mall
    8. Assessing, monitoring and directing, on a regular basis, the Mall’s overall performance (financial and operational).
    9. Making recommendations to Owner regarding optimization of the mall’s overall performance by proposing considered capital expenditure programmes, revised leasing strategies, alternative approaches to building maintenance etc.
    10. Planning and execution of the annual and quarterly marketing strategy and budgets of the Mall.
    11. Hiring/letting of kiosks, carts, promotional courts/spaces, commercial advertising boards, displays and signage walls/spots/locations, including all coordination with customers and their media agents.
    12. Mall Promotion and Consumer Marketing to maximize relevant footfalls and increase per visit spend (PVS), including Community Outreach Programs, Onsite Events, Street Teams, Loyalty Programs and Co-marketing Partner Schemes
    13. Planning and execution of promotions and events
    14. Media and community relations (including writing and distribution of press releases, monthly newsletters, handling visitors / public complaints, managing the production and placement of all regular, corporate and specific communications).
    15. Supervising the development and upkeep of the Mall website.
    16. Facility Management - POM, Security, Safety, Housekeeping, Parking
    17. Food Court Management
    18. Execution of leasing documentation
    19. Negotiating Lease Renewals
    20. Managing Tenant Churn
